The company's owner, Richard King, is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. It is rare to find a business that prioritizes customer needs and offers the best solution for its customers, rather than its own profit. I highly recommend talking to Richard before deciding on any project related to Windows. I quoted a few window companies, including a dealer of the manufacturer, to replace a few foggy windows in my house. Window Depot is the last one on my list for a quote. Richard came on time this morning. He checked each window and told me that the best solution for me is to order a new window glass panel instead of replacing the whole window, since the windows are hard to match with other brands. I showed him the quote from the manufacturer. Richard contacted the dealer who sent me the quote before. He corrected a few previous mistakes, and asked for a new quote on my behalf. He said he’ll ask his contractor, Brian, to see if he would be willing to replace the window panels for me. The other companies I spoke with all advised me to replace the window with their brand and stated that they would attempt to match the style of my original window. I plan just to follow Richard's advice. This way, not only will I have a few new matching windows, but I may also save a few thousand dollars. - 9/09/2025

We could not be more pleased with our windows from Window Depot. Richard King was great to work with and was very helpful in our decision making process. We replaced almost all of our windows, a French door and a regular entry door. The quality of the doors and windows is excellent. We chose not to replace 4 windows that were installed by a different company just a few years ago. They are a well known national brand and are not anywhere near the ProVia in quality, appearance and ease of use. The new windows have superior insulation, noise control and are extremely easy to operate. They were also the most reasonably priced by far! I would highly recommend window depot for all your needs. I spoke with a couple other window companies and decided to use window depot due to the fact that Richard did excellent job showing the samples of the windows they carry and explaining the difference in the windows. He also show me the different types of glass that can come with the windows, after I decided that window depot would install the windows for me. Richard said they would be approximately four week. Wait from the factory. Unfortunately, it was approximately six weeks, but still much faster than some of the other companies have promised. After the windows were received, I was put on the schedule approximately two weeks they receive the windows. I had 20 windows installed, which took approximately 2 today’s. They did an excellent installation and explain to me step-by-step what they would be doing and cleaned up at the end of every day. After the completion, Richard came to inspect the installation to make sure all the windows were functional, and that I was satisfied with the installation of the windows, needless to say if I ever need any doors replaced I know where to go.
