“I would highly recommend Window Depot of the Triad for all your needs. I spoke with a couple of other window companies and decided to use Window Depot of the Triad due to the fact that Richard did an excellent job showing the samples of the windows they carry and explaining the difference in the windows. He also showed me the different types of glass that can come with the windows, After I decided that Window Depot of the Triad would install the windows for me, Richard said they would be approximately four weeks wait from the factory. Unfortunately, it was approximately six weeks, but still much faster than some of the other companies promised. After the windows were received, I was put on the schedule approximately two weeks after they received the windows. I had 20 windows installed, which took approximately 2 days. They did an excellent installation and explained to me step by step what they would be doing and cleaned up at the end of every day. After the completion, Richard came to inspect the installation to make sure all the windows were functional and that I was satisfied with the installation of the windows. Needless to say, if I ever need any doors replaced, I know where to go. Thanks again for an excellent job.”
