Window Installation, Piedmont Triad, NC

I would highly recommend window depot for all your needs. I spoke with a couple other window companies and decided to use window depot due to the fact that Richard did excellent job showing the samples of the windows they carry and explaining the difference in the windows. He also show me the different types of glass that can come with the windows, after I decided that window depot would install the windows for me. Richard said they would be approximately four week. Wait from the factory. Unfortunately, it was approximately six weeks, but still much faster than some of the other companies have promised. After the windows were received, I was put on the schedule approximately two weeks they receive the windows. I had 20 windows installed, which took approximately 2 today’s. They did an excellent installation and explain to me step-by-step what they would be doing and cleaned up at the end of every day. After the completion, Richard came to inspect the installation to make sure all the windows were functional, and that I was satisfied with the installation of the windows, needless to say if I ever need any doors replaced I know where to go. Instead of trying to convince us to replace all of the windows in our house like some companies did, Rich replaced some and his installer wrapped the remainder in vinyl so all the windows look great. Window Depot is excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them. - 12/12/2021

We worked with Rich and his team about a year ago. The entire process was great. We met Window Depot at a home show and set up an appointment. Rich came to our house, gave a very detailed presentation of the windows and options available for us. Measured all our openings, offered great suggestions (slider windows vs. Traditional for some) which we did. We love our new windows and have seen a drop in our electricity bills!
